DRT offers a select number of internships within our Graphical User Interface (GUI) Software Engineering departments. These paid internships enable you to gain hands-on experience while contributing to exciting programs, helping us meet customer needs and learning from experienced professionals. The intern program is designed to engage students in specific work assignments as well as development.

Typical Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED.

Students majoring in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, with a focus on Human-Computer Interactions (HCI)/User Interface Usability are highly desired. Digital Receiver Technology (DRT) based in Germantown, MD designs and manufactures high-performance Software Defined Radios (SDR) for wireless test and synthetic instrumentation solutions. DRT was acquired by The Boeing Company in December 2008. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship is required.
