Position Description: The main purpose of this position is to record incoming calls, input new Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability claims, Workers' Compensation losses, monitor serious accidents, record and troubleshoot incoming calls from drivers and customers regarding cargo issues. Qualifications: Requirements include High school graduate; Paralegal education or some college preferred; one to two years insurance experience preferred; familiarity with spreadsheet and database information systems preferred; the ability to work as part of a team; and regular attendance is required.
