Specific responsibilities may include:

Preparing and booking quarterly general ledger entries for equity portfolios

Preparing quarterly client reports for equity portfolios

Preparing quarterly NCREIF reporting

Cash flow forecasting

Conducting compliance reviews of external business partners

Conducting reviews of accounting transactions by property management accounting staff

Various ad-hoc requests received from internal business partners

Special projects

Qualifications:

* Degree in Accounting, Finance
* CPA or MBA are a plus
* 2-4 years work experience, preferably in real estate or agriculture
* Strong PC skills including knowledge of EXCEL
* Knowledge of Oracle General Ledger System, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or MRI
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
* Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
* Highly motivated, team player and detail oriented
* Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
* Other: Overtime may be required during peak periods. Light travel is also required.
