Position Description:
Oversee the overall brand image strategy and execution of all marketing materials as it relates to Citadel Media/Impact Network Responsible for organizing and leading brainstorming sessions. Creative concept development and support or promotional concepts that include multi-media advertising campaigns. Corporate liaison that coordinates with all departments to ensure seamless integration among all media channels for network client programs. Identify and develop integrated marketing sales opportunities for specific categories of business. Develop and forge new meaningful strategic promotional partners as well as maintaining existing ones. Interface with research to integrate support information into sales presentations and media kits. Work with research to educate sales force on consumer, business and lifestyle trends. Work with Citadel Legal on all sweepstakes rules, prize acceptance documents, etc. Perform other duties as may be assigned by corporate management.

Required Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or other related field preferred.

    Experience: Minimum of five years of progressively responsible multimedia creative/management experience in the areas of promotion, production and/or creative services for large markets or large corporation. Proven track record of developing successful marketing programs and branding efforts are a necessity.

    Skills and Abilities: Possess a keen interest and understanding of traditional and non-traditional media platforms. Must possess strong presentation and leadership skills as well as the ability to multi-task and work with various departments. Candidate must have strong interpersonal communications skills.
