Position Description: The I & C Technician will be primarily responsible for coordinating commissioning activities for the solar fields and the integration. Troubleshooting the electrical and I&C equipment. Inspection of the Solar Field equipment, and corrective/preventative actions on installed Solar Field System equipment and components such as instrumentation control circuits, pressure and temperature indicators, PLC's, and control and power circuits. Duties will include Inspection of fiber optic cables, communications equipment, Ethernet data communications/switching equipment control cabinets, and miscellaneous electronic work. Will utilize As Built drawings and specifications and provided engineering support to help locate and diagnose trouble in Electronic & Communication equipment and systems. Position also includes use of proprietary Company software to monitor and troubleshoot. Skills/Experience: 5 – 10 years field experience preferably with an Electrical License and an Associate Degree (2 years of college).
