Position Description:
We currently have positions available for experienced and passionate Bar Attendants to join the modern Lobby Lounge and sophisticated Martini Bar outlets on a part-time basis. Duties will include opening and closing the outlets, order taking, coffee making, food delivery and professional food and beverage service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 12 months experience as a Bar Attendant with good wine, beer and spirit knowledge in a similar environment, flexibility to work rotating shifts including evenings, public holidays and weekends, conversant with Micros and have a passion for delivering exceptional service. To be considered for this role, you should have a valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
