* Manage the client and ARAMARK nutrition standards, as well as follows established guidelines for JC and all other regulatory organizations.
* Direct the planning of all aspects of clinical dietetics and the overall oversight of 5.5 dietitians, patient menu technicians and the patient tray line as appropriate.
* Maintain and develop collaborative relationship with nursing and Physicians, and all hospital staff.
* Oversee the management of the Clinical Nutrition process and other projects.
* Collaborate with the management team and work closely with the Food Service Director.
* Coordinate with the patient services team and ensure all standards of care are being followed and patient satisfaction targets are being met.

Qualifications: Position Requirements:

* Must be a Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association's CDR and Licensed in the state of North Carolina.
* Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in dietetics, food science, nutrition, food service management, institutional management, or field relevant to function managed.
* Minimum 3 years progressive and domestic clinical and food service management experience.
* Ability to be flexible, multi-task, detailed and timely.
* Must be completely customer and resident focused.
* Excellent management, leadership, and communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
* Must be flexible to travel up to 5% of the time and work weekends as needed.
