Position Description:
* Takes orders from customers
* Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
* Serves wine and draught or bottled beer.
* Collects money for drinks served.
* Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.
* Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive display.
* Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.
* Serves food as requested by customers.
* Replenishes bar snacks such as chips, pretzels, and nuts.
* Serves drinks in a manner which is constant with all Florida Beverage Laws.
* Continues to up-sell drinks and liquors to customers.
* Doing opening and closing side work as described by manager.

Education and/or Experience:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
* Previous bartending experience is required.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Order processing systems. Info Genesis Program knowledge a plus.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Safe food handlers and responsible vendors’ certifications -- will certify on the job.
