The function of this position is to provide strong leadership/management for IT staff located in Lincoln, Nebraska; deliver operational excellence, outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with IT and business functions in Arlington, Virginia.

Purpose & Mission:

* Provide leadership and management for the IT staff in Lincoln, Nebraska

* Collaborate effectively with business partners in Lincoln, as well as business and IT staff in Virginia

* Deliver technology solutions to meet strategic business goals

* Plan and manage budget and resources

* Advise customers and offer alternative options and innovative solutions

Job Requirements:

* Leadership and management experience with proven track record of hiring and retaining quality people and how to foster employee engagement and productivity

* Extensive knowledge and experience with large scale systems design, development and integration

* Extensive knowledge and experience with Information Systems and Technology Management best practices

* 15+ years relevant experience

* B.S. degree in Business Administration, Management Science, Computer Science or related field
