Position Description:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the engineering department.
Maintain the entire hotel facility: including the physical building structure; all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and related equipment in accordance with a planned preventative maintenance programme. Ensure all areas are maintained to the high standard expected by our guests.
Utilize a leadership style and training programme, which supports the philosophy of empowerment, provides direction and support to develop a pro-active and flexible team.
Take responsibility for the engineering department in the absence of the Chief Engineer.
Qualifications:
Necesary:> Fluent Spanish/English written and spoken
Catalan will be a plus
Work permit valid in EU
