Position Description:
Baker Hughes, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Representative Sr. to support the delivery of their US Financial benefit plans. Responsibilities include managing the daily administration and delivery of the Company’s Financial benefit plans and the outsourced benefits administration vendor. The position reports to the US Financial Benefits Manager.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsible for delivering open enrollment and ongoing Financial benefit communications in the organization.
* Provide internal consulting, subject matter expertise, benchmarking and oversight with respect to the Financial benefits program
* Coordinate/participate in annual compliance and audit activities
* Coordinate with HR and vendors to deliver benefits to employees
* Resolve benefits issues related to employee or management inquiries
* Identify and recommend benefit outsourcing process improvements
* Keep abreast of current benefit trends and participate in Financial benefits surveys to ensure parity with competitive market practices
* Perform daily activities related to Financial benefit program investments
* Handle special projects, as assigned
Skill Requirements:
* Working knowledge of regulatory and legislative issues impacting Financial benefit plans
* Strong interpersonal and project management skills
* Advanced PC skills
* Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment
* Experience working in diverse and changing environments
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education, Experience and Training:
Bachelor's Degree. 4+ years experience in Financial benefits
