• Interact effectivley and professionally with hotel guests and co-workers to create a positive hotel experience • Answer guest inquiries regarding rates, special packages, and general information about the property and local points of interest • Process group/individual arrival and departures, take, change and cancel room reservations • Calculate charges and process payments The ideal candidate:

• Has 1 to 2 years previous hotel front desk or reservation experience; night auditor experience a must • Is self-motivated and well-organized with a keen attention to detail • Has a professional and demeanor in person and over the telephone • Has excellent English comprehension and communication skills; a second language would be an asset as we welcome international guests • The right candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule which will include four night audit shifts per ten day work cycle
