Position Description:
Responsible for the creation, administration, staffing and quality of the training program for the BSRS staff and management teams. Managing labor and operating expenses to meet budgeted amounts. Supervises the training of POD Training Leads, General Managers, Product Managers, and Supervisors along with line staff to manage, facilitate and assure the quality of the BSRS training program to deliver an "Experience of a Lifetime" to our guests.
    * Responsible for oversight/tracking of Training Department budget (labor and expense)
    * Responsible for tracking each staff member's completion of required/safety training.
    * Responsible for quality and consistency of training delivered by training staff between PODs.
    * Must organize and assign training clinic leaders for every Clinic by working with staff and supervisors to ensure all business needs are met first.
    * Work effectively with the SRS Management Team to proactively develop clinics to address business and staff needs.
    * Responsible for creating a culture within the SRS where training is expected and praised.
    * Responsible for meeting all training deadlines for all staff members.
    * Work with the management team to develop a SRS Training vision and oversee its implementation.
    * Responsible for the quality of teaching delivered by the staff to the guests.
    * Responsible for training and developing direct reports.

      Other duties as assigned.

      Position manages a 7 day a week operation, weekends and holidays may be required.

      Qualifications:

        * HS Diploma or equivalent
        * 5 years Ski & Ride teaching experience
        * 5 years Supervisory Experience
        * PSIA/AASI Level 3 required
        * Intermediate skills in Excel & Word
        * Fluent in all aspects of the English language
        * Previous experience managing a budget
        * PSIA /AASI Examiner - preferred
        * College degree - preferred
        * Familiar with RPOS and Access - preferred
        * Specific Ski and Ride School supervisory experience - preferred
