ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Acknowledges, greets and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area.
* Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting and paying bets.
* Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures.
* Reads, verifies and signs appropriate documents when necessary.
* As a Greeter, tracks multiple players' level and duration of play and makes introductions and solicits customer responses.
* Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1 – 2 years dealing experience required in Craps. (Current specific game requirements are available upon request in Human Resources.) Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills. Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
