Key Accountabilities:

- Support BU's self assessment and compliance audit processes
o In partnership with BU EHS teams, design & implement BU specific processes to ensure assessments occur and that conformance findings are properly identified and tracked by management.
o Develop company-wide level EHS management system documentation and processes. (e.g. document control, implementation guidance)
o Support BU’s with the use of the Auditor or other assessment tools

- Monitor and report on process compliance & system effectiveness

o Develop & report on performance metrics – quantity, quality, effectiveness
o Assist with corrective/improvement activities

- Provide "on site" support on addressing audit/assessment findings

o Support development & implementation of management system tools, e.g. legal registry contents, utilization, & compliance check
o Monitor and report on progress on management system conformance

- Support EHS system/tools sustainment and enhancement

o Liaise with IT sustainment team to ensure EHS system integrity (e.g. effective integration, proper role mapping, appropriate level of security, etc.)
o Participate in or lead ILP/MOC/AM system enhancement projects

- Support implementation of ILP/MOC/AM tools

o Super Users training & development
o Share learnings between BU’s re. implementation

Education/Experience:

- strong understanding of EHS management system standards
- ability to work effectively with stakeholders with various expectations
- solid knowledge with EHS processes and tools
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- good appreciation of business user expectations
- Relevant college diploma or university degree with 4 plus years of related experience
