* Responsible for coordinating the shuttle efforts between One Ski Hill Place, Mountain Thunder, Crystal Peak Lodge, Timber Trail and Grand Lodge
* Responsible for training shuttle drivers on, but not limited to, radio communication, proper driving etiquette, and assigned town shuttle stops
* In the absence of shuttle captain will manage the schedule in accordance with previously established operating budget
* Responsible for coordination of any repairs and routine maintenance on shuttle vans.
* Will help the front desk agents answer shuttle calls during non-busy times
* Responsible for coaching and disciplining employees when necessary
* Must hold all shuttle staff to uniform standards and grooming policies
* Will assist shuttle captain in ordering shuttle supplies to maintain a proper working shuttle service.
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must have the following:

* Must be willing to work holidays and weekends
* Must attach resume to application
* Must have previous guest service experience
* BA/BS 4-5 year degree, preferred
* Must have valid US Drivers License
* Must have clean Motor Vehicle Record
* Previous Supervisory Experience preferred
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
