Responsibilities:

•Analyze artist contracts, royalty accounts and other data sources to set up new artists in AFTRAz data base. •Analyze music product attributes to confirm AFM union status coding is consistent with AFM agreement. •Month-end sales vs. accrual analysis •G/L reconciliations •Litigation and audit support •Research inquires •Special projects, analysis and presentations as needed

Job Requirements: •4-year college degree in Business/Accounting/Finance preferred •Intermediate/advance Microsoft Excel proficiency, and Word •Major record label royalty dept. or royalty accounting experience. JD Edwards experience a plus •Experience using AFTRAz a plus. •Strong analytical background •Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Overtime as required
