Position Description:
The JCC OC is dedicated to the enhancement of Jewish life by providing for the social, cultural, educational and recreational needs and to serve as the common meeting place for the entire Jewish community as well as to extend these services and be a resource to the general community of Orange County.

Principal Responsibilities:

The Membership Sales Associate is responsible for meeting new membership sales goals and retention management objectives. This person will ensure a high quality enrollment experience for new members, be responsible for the successful attainment of membership targets, and work to enhance the acquisition, retention, and satisfaction of JCC members, while maintaining the JCC's highest standards of customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

    Education: 4-year degree

    Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience with proven sales track record in a service organization

    Specific Skills:

      Excellent communication (written, oral and presentation) interpersonal skills
      Outgoing personality and customer service oriented
      High level of initiative, seasoned judgment and results orientation
      Outstanding personal rapport and ability to work with people
      Demonstrated team leader with open, collaborative style that fosters internal/external teamwork
      Committed to community center and wellness center environment
      Basic computer skills
